Program Manager for improvement and restructuring projects for critical processes (e.g. upgrade of laser welding technology): functional coordination of cross-functional teams, full responsibility for projects goals achievement, budget definition and management, direct reporting to Marelli and Porsche C-level executives.

Coordination and supervions for complaints, audits, new launches and warranties management. Task Forces coordinator at Plant level. Visits at Customers Plants for problems solving, Part Handling Analysis and new launch management. Main tasks as strategic projects chief: Coordination and supervision of sub work packages leaders (12 resources) Budget (Mio of Euro) definition and management. Monthly reporting to head of dept. and to steering committee (SVP and BU managers). Qualified project manager.
