My daily responsibilities as a Production Assistant included: • formatting English manuscripts (Word) in accordance with the layout guidelines; • double-checking the layout, so as to ensure that it is on par with the journal's standards; • communicating to authors any layout issues which occurred during formatting; • uploading the formatted document in reasonable time; • reaching the daily and monthly performance targets.

As a Customer Advisor, my daily responsibilities included: -informing customers about services and products that would suit their needs; -keeping track of which products are in demand and inform the supply team; -reorganizing shelves so as to make high demand products easily reachable; -redirecting customers to another aisle where they would find a specific product; -placing lost products in their assigned spots.
