Member of the COO division’s internal strategy team, advancing the development of the bank’s IT and operations while acting as direct point of contact for senior management; preparation and joint development of the COO division's contributions to key strategic documents (e.g. as part of bank-wide strategy update 2025 "Momentum"), coordinating inputs from multiple executive areas; organization of revision workshops for the bank’s IT strategy in close collaboration with the bank’s digital transformation unit.

Completed international placement (USA) as part of liquidity risk management & treasury audit: personally responsible for auditing liquidity risk management processes at Commerzbank New York Branch, focusing on local liquidity risk limitation, reporting and contingency procedures as well as the implementation of US regulatory standards and the Global Functional Lead (GFL) principle. Team member on several (model) risk management audits in the area of liquidity, market and counterparty risk. Additional placements on internal audit of strategic management and governance of sustainability as well as audit action-tracking (follow up).
