In charge of VW Mechanism Product Launching from the acquisition until SOP+90 days Managing the project performance by monthly indicators follow up: Financial, Project Performance Tasks, Customer Deliverables. Tracking project by coordination of Core Team members, to implement: tooling equipment quality devices, logistics systems, and IT set to success launching.

Responsible in the planning, implementation, standardization and process control, related with all the Supply Chain in the 10 Mexican plants, in order to improve the profitability and process in the company. By implementing Projects that impact the organization in its Materials and Logistic KPI performance

Leading Continuos Improvement activities as well as HP Pezler Prodcution System along the Mexican Plants. Cost Savings measures in order to get the máximum profitablity in the projects and the Company

Responsible for the monitoring on the Customer Satisfaction KPI in the Mexican Dealers of Porsche of Mexico
