Group President, responsible for Defsys Solutions Pvt. Ltd and Spiral EHS Pvt. Ltd. Aerospace and Defence group with yearly revenue of 90+ million USD. Strategy development and executions, Business Development and Sales, Organisation- and operation excellence.

Responsible for developing and executing a new strategy with focus to develop significant profitable growth having safety and operation reliability as highest priorities within our own helicopter NSOP operation and Helicopter MRO services provided to India sub-continent.

Reporting to the Accountable Manager and part of the Executive Management Team. responsible for the Part 145 Engineering and the Part 21 design Organisation (DO)

Reporting to the CEO and part of the Executive Management Team. Responsible for technical Sales, overall Program Management & Technical IT. Program management running al project from restructuring to implementing new aircraft types

Reporting to the CEO and part of the Executive Management Group. 328 Support Services hold the Type Certificate for Dornier 328 and is an approved Maintenance and production organisation

Reporting to the CEO and members of the RUAG Aerospace Board (with 3000 employees). Overall responsibility for the business unit; Aircraft Services with 800 employees in 6 sites in Germany and Switzerland. Main activities: Business & Executive MRO. Military MRO and Aircraft production (OEM Dornier 228) and sales.

Reporting to the CEO and part of the Executive Management Group, had overall responsibility for the business unit; Technical Services with 65 employees in 3 sites, managing and maintaining own fleet. Performing third party Aircraft and components maintenance.

Reporting to the Division Director, with responsibility for the Aircraft project and production - department with 65 people in 2 sites. Mainly producing mechanical and electrical parts and components for Helicopters and Military Aircraft.
