Serve as head of IT operation in Greater China for all IT based services and operations, Create IT strategy for the deployment, delivery, alignment, andcontinuous improvement for IT products, services and sourcing within the region. Enabled exponential IT portfolio growth and NBA direct to consumer channels,digital and stores, through deployment of industry leading capabilities and new digital brand, sport and commerce technology platform.

Responsible for technology strategy, IT solution development, infrastructure & support operations for Aicent in global offices (APAC, EMEA CALA). Lead the team to deliver the service request to meet with internal user for requirements and feedback, to work with other engineering team for various IT solutions. Planning and management all IT projects, including office automation process via EIP application, BOSS application development, MS SharePoint, CRM, BI-sales tracking system, BCP and DR plan.

Lead in‐house and arrange out‐sourcing vendors to provide various production support services in infrastructure, banking applications, security system. Manage the IT resource to build and implement for new branch and sub‐branch opening. Responsible for ensuring that technical solution can resolve business problems and fulfill banking business needs, by providing expert guidance in the effective translation of business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Manage all aspects of the IT infrastructure,operations and SAP ERP in all Offices located in China. Develop technical design specifications by translating user requirements to an IT solution and facilitates the project implementation for region. Keep immediate with IT standard of Asia Pacific informed of local business IT, network operation, business system, SAP and relative security and compliance.
