Lead a three-person IT team and own priorities, delivery and colleague development. Product owner for Onboarding Buddy, automating client setup across ARES, ABRA Flexi, Google Drive, Odoo and Slack. I lead workflow design, backlog, AI-assisted implementation, testing and Docker/VPS deployment. The solution reduced the technical onboarding step from about 10 hours to 5 minutes. Responsible for delivery across approximately 200 client environments and 20+ integrations.

Designed and coordinated logistics and material flows in a manufacturing plant with approximately 3,000 employees, coordinating 10-15 operational colleagues depending on the project area. As an SAP key user, I resolved process issues, translated operational needs into system changes and trained approximately 30 users. Worked across production, logistics and IT to implement reliable warehouse processes.

Analysed quality data in QS-STAT and O-QIS and supported initiatives to reduce manufacturing defects. Helped deploy Mitutoyo measuring equipment and Procella, O-QIS and QS-STAT systems across two production plants, including user training and operational support.

Tested equipment, monitored production quality, analysed welding processes and prepared technical reports for manufacturing teams.
