Many years of experience as line Mgr in DS Ops, SME for USP (bacterial and mammalian), high cell density mammalian cell culture, manufacturing of viruses, perfusion processes, bioreactors, single use technology, development of customized single use assemblies and controllers, organizing work in clean rooms, GMP compliant processes, facility design concepts.

Leading of a GMP pilot plant for biotechnological process development and clinical trial material (CTM) manufacturing. Current project: Implementation of a process for manufacturing of a bacterial conjugate vaccine. Subject matter expert for upstream processing, high cell density mammalian cell culture, manufacturing of viruses (influenza, adenovirus) perfusion processes, bioreactors, single use bioreactors, development of customized single use assemblies and controllers, GMP compliant processes.

Allrounder im Büro: Grafikdesign und Layout für Flyer, Broschüren, Anleitungen und Etiketten, Betreuung der Website, IT-Troubleshooter, administrative Arbeiten, erste Kontakte mit GMP-Richtlinien. Mitarbeit im Analyselabor (v.a. Gehaltsbestimmung von Alkaloiden und ätherischen Ölen mittels Gaschromatographie)
