Reporting line: Vice President - IT • Responsible for the delivery and experience of digital workplace and infrastructure services globally for Adidas; annual budget of €20 million. • Scope: digital employee journey, collaboration tools, unified communication, IT service desk, and cloud storage & compute. • Drive operational excellence, security, and compliance in service delivery with external partners and strategic vendors.

Product Lead with a team of 8 IT engineers and project managers. Reporting line: Director – Digital Workplace and Collaboration. • Drive the strategic direction for employee collaboration tools and mobile device management, optimizing operational efficiency in offices, warehouses, and factories. • Head multiple large-scale programs (> €5 million): Security firewall upgrade, network storage upgrades, and migration to cloud. • Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and strategic suppliers.

• As Project Manager, responsible for delivering multiple medium-scale projects (< €1 million) within IT. • Manage stakeholder relationships and external vendors, ensuring seamless project execution and alignment with business requirements.

• Led the design and development of Mindsprouts digital psychometric testing product. • As a Technology Lead, was responsible for overall development of the platform and consulting during pre-and post-sales activities.

• Led the successful rollout of the countrywide Central Registry product (~ 700,000 golfers/users) for the Finnish Golf Union. • Lead a team of 4 – 8 skilled international developers and designers.
