Developed a tool for worldwide Quality reporting of Bosch. Analysis of 8D reports from customer complaints. Management of quality related documents and coordinated with internal and external stake holders. Familiarized with ISO 9001 standards and developed a Power BI tool for audit management.

Implementation of TPM activities on shop floor. Monitored activities related to PQCDSM (productivity, quality, cost, delivery, safety, and morale) in vehicle assembly line. Continuous improvement and optimization of quality processes on site and solved quality problems with appropriate statistical and analytical methods. Supervised operations team to support operational excellence and excellent customer service. Conducted cross departmental safety audits as internal auditor.
