Responsibility for OB Toiletries category P&L. Management of OB category and brand plans through delivery of a continuous product pipeline across core toiletries (haircare, colourants, bodycare, oralcare, baby, feminine care, mens), incorporating project management and delivery of all restage / new product development (NPD) / cost engineering plans.

Worldwide responsibility for the introduction and on-going development of Boots brands: Thailand, Taiwan, Hong Kong, UAE and USA. Directed global brand strategy, product pipeline and marketing activities. Core interface between international markets and Boots UK teams and Licensed Brand owners.

Responsibility for providing business intelligence services to all professionals (accountants, consultants, tax advisors), supporting new business proposals, co-ordinating client satisfaction programmes, identifying opportunities to offer additional services to priority accounts and editorial responsibility for quarterly internal newsletter.
