• Responsible for end to end Recruitment for Continental Europe, mainly Germany, France, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, Portugal and Spain across all business lines • Manage relationship building with key business stakeholders • Source and screen candidates through various job boards • Act as point of contact with the different recruitment agencies throughout Continental Europe • Involved in Diversity and Inclusion Projects • Create regular recruitment reports and other ad hoc duties

• Coordinate recruitment for the Investment Management Division • Manage recruiting process (defining needs, CV screening, interview organisation, contracts, offers, turndowns) • Manage candidate expenses • Plan internal and external events including all necessary logistics leading up to event • Track data through various spreadsheets • On-board new starters • Create statistical reports • Organise internship programmes • Manage performance reviews

Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, Organise and participate in internal and external events, Provide training, Supervise partnerships with Universities in GB, IE and LU Administration: Coordinate with Lux. authorities (ADEM, ASTF, CCSS, CNS, CNPF), Manage holidays and absences, Act as contact point for all administration policies, Create contracts, addendums and other certificates required, Manage newcomer and leaver procedures, Supervise various budgets (e.g. lunch vouchers)
