Engineer responsible for the Conveyor Solutions line, which consists of: • performing technical visits in the field in order to support technically customers and Key accounts; • accompaniment of assembling and ministering training to customers; • keeping in touch with branches all over the world and reporting technically to Sweden, which is the head office of some products which I have worked with.

This function has been developed exclusively with: • international customers, located in Russia, Poland, USA, Korea and China; • daily contacts with such customers in order to clarify technical questions and also supporting them regarding failures found in their assembly lines; • strong and close contact with a dealer based in Russia. I had the opportunity by participating in a training in Germany - Passau about transmissions and axles for construction machines.

Trainee at Conveyor Accessories line, working specifically in: • product support at scrapers, belts, rollers, idlers and all components applied in a conveyor belt; • supporting technically our representatives in the field and keeping in touch with others plants around the world as Norway, Germany, Sweden, China etc.; • performing several visits to customers in the field for mining, construction and sugar cane segment.

• Trainee at Quality Engineering acquiring knowledge in measurement methods; • quality control and its tools; • accompaniment of the start up of new assembly lines, like Power Window and Engine Cooling.

• Working as an administrative assistant at engineering department; • performing the cadaster of the machine structure, documents in general, bill of material, notices of changes coming from Sweden; • working also in the technical archive.
