The position reports directly to the Global Legal Head of the Group and interacts closely together with the Board of Directors and with the Group´s Executives. Main Tasks: - Global Management of Agency and Distribution Contracts - Strategic development of the Regions and of the Countries in close cooperation with the Regional Heads and the Board of Directors - Regions & Countries Coordination in M&A and cross divisional/overarching Projects -Digitalization and change management

Global Role at Head Quarter. Directly supports the achievement of the business goals, in compliance with HR strategies and policies coordinating and supporting the local HR Country activity.

Management of all the Human Resources services, and Communication (Internal and Media Relations) policies, and programs for the entire company.

Dealing with a broad range of areas of Law (especially Company law, Banking and Real Estate), drafting and revising contractual documentation (loan agreements and relative securities, real estate contracts, agency agreements, employment contracts, etc..) advising and assisting the managing director in the different development projects.

Within the Department of Corporate Finance she has been working in M&A transactions, and projects, dealing directly with national and international clients. Specialized in labour and employment law she has been assisting clients in court and extra-court issues concerning Trade Unions agreement, individual employment contracts, fringe benefits, stock option plan, redundancy, early retirement issues, termination of executives or directors contract
