- Product Offers & Services management, development and administration. - Managing & administration of the e-Payment system and new technical solutions according to Business needs. - Monitoring system performance & traffic’s evolution and provide support for the crosscutting departments. - Deployment, relocation and upgrade of the IT business system (e-Payment, Monitoring & CS platform), as well as the preparation of connectivity and integration process.

- Project and Program Management with related contracts & SLA. - Managing, solve or dispatch incoming 2nd and 3rd level support requests in our IT service management (ITSM) in collaboration with local or international service providers. - Local Domain Controller managment (AD, DNS, DHCP, Exchange) in Windows environment. - Managing IT collaboration platform: SCCM 2012 R2, KMS Activation Server, FTP Server, Print Servers, SharePoint, Shared Folders Servers and its users access processes management.

- Installation, deployment, support, test & validate all tools and applications, mainly Microsoft Product, Windows and iOS - Detect identify & resolve failures, &IT Infrastructure incident - Managing compliance & applying IT security strategies and policies (using MacAfee ePO platform). - Training, upskilling & advice users with concerning IT usage - Maintain the infrastructure equipment inventory, and managing Licenses and hardware lifecycle. - Project management & technical lead

- Business development and product management - Market analysis: study of existing offers and products, to set up objectives and commercial action plans. - Coordinate Commercial Support activities and operations, and monitoring market developments. - Contact business partners and provide them support & assistance with adequate solutions when needed.

- Prospect and identify customer’s needs. - Define and manage market surveys, and update the Client Database. - Customer care, contact center and customer advisory. - Fix targets, adequate offer type, its duration and the objectives to achieve.
