Renault (X73) / DAF (LT) / Nissan (J02C ) - Feasibility study based on customer specifications, requirements and quantities; - Project Manufacturing Plant Layout and Lead the complete industrialization process - Appling the 6 Sigma Phases and Lean Manufacturing - Kaizen engineering animator - Lead PFMEA reviews, CTO and continuous improvement actions
