I'm an Agilist with a passion for solving problems using modern technologies and agile methodologies. I transitioned from a management consulting role due to my frustration with time and budget overruns in projects. Agile development, particularly Scrum, became my focus. I enjoy supporting organizations and teams in adopting agile practices to achieve faster project implementation and return on investment. I thrive on witnessing teams grow and fostering a flexible and adaptive culture. Sharing my passion with others is a joy, and I bring strong motivation to each project. I adapt my approach to fit the project and client's culture, utilizing methods like Scrum, Kanban, or scaled frameworks. As your partner, I'll think critically and address current challenges, driving projects forward and protecting against disruptions. I believe in effective compromises and collaborative work between the team, management, and myself. Outside of work, I find peace in nature with my family.
