Responsible for the operational area of the company: the physical implantation of the headquarter and storage areas; contracting and monitoring of employee´s development; administration of the purchasing area and on a daily basis; managing the development of new operational system; management Marketing, Logistics and Financial areas. Responsible for the strategic area: feasibility analysis of fiscal, financial, marketing and implementation of improvement to the company's development.

Responsible for managing the sales team, the strategic and business planning by prospecting for new sales channels; the improvement of existing business processes and development of professionals.

Responsible for the control of administrative processes, the exploration of new markets, the dissemination and marketing of existing products and services in Brazil, in addition to creating and improving those.

Responsible for the analysis and development of projected market growth and company by product line for the next five years to make the global information system of the corporation, by analysis of the products manufactured and exported by various Carrier´s factories versus sales projections of each region of Latin America, and the consolidation of annual Business Plan for Latin America based on the data from the countries key, specialized organizations in air-conditioning market to be presented.
