My role as a non-Exec is helping the board with a significant transformation, using my commercial, strategic, change management and technology experience, while also providing proper governance. At the same time this is a great opportunity for me to learn about the sector from within, enabling me at some point to become involved with transforming the sector on a different level.

Germany is Interxion’s largest market, contributing a quarter of its revenues and EBITDA, experiencing significant growth in previous and coming years. Its Business Operations needs to be transformed to enable the growth, better support its large international customers and remain a great place to work. I am leading that transformation, working with the local management team and Interxion’s executive team.

MassChallenge is a start-up accelerator program that runs in multiple locations. I review applications & judge presentations for entry into the program. And I mentor multiple startups.

Responsible for Colt’s second largest Line of Business (€450M turnover, €90M cash-flow), including all aspects: Customers, people, P&L, balance sheet, portfolio, end-to-end operations and customers in all Western-European countries plus Romania, India, US and Japan
