Provide a Single Point of Contact and Incident Management support to technical incidents for UNICEF employees globally and provide support to various projects in automation and knowledge management. Key achievements include: • Investigated SAP process changes, leading to a knowledge article with over 6,500 views (3rd most viewed). • Authored a three-part knowledge article aiming to eliminate 30-40% of daily incidents through secure password self-management, scheduled for global release.

Managed the remote maintenance for supermarkets, petrol stations, and most ATMs in Hungary. Collaborated with software developers and service technicians to resolve client issues reported via diverse channels. • Was promoted to a five-member team in the second year, dedicated to the company's largest local client, requiring precise and independent work during 24-hour solo shifts.

Participated in the choreographic and choral performance of the opera piece László Hunyadi.
