I am voluntarily working at one of Oxfam's shops. I am a member of customer service team and serve customers while on the till, answering their inquiries and assisting when needed.

I am participating in a pilot program replacing my dissertation with a business consultancy project aiming to provide students with real work experience. I am a leader of a 3-member team working as business consultants for a subsidiary of a local authority: Print Point. Following our meetings with the client, we conduct market research and give recommendations relating to potential new markets or processes improvement. The project is concluded with a professional report and a final presentation.

I managed to hold this volunteer position for 9 months during my 2nd and 3rd year of studies. I was involved in administration as well as accountancy tasks, including tax reclaims. I worked in a truly international team most of the time but also individually at times.
