Saved $1.5M by replacing Cisco IronPort appliances with MS Exchange Online Protection in the Cloud.

-18-month contract to help with infrastructure projects and resources related to Wachovia Bank merger. -Increased monthly Windows 7 migrations by 20% by implementing reporting that showed migrations by site number of completed per week and could project out to plan for the future. -Responsible for budget and monthly finance reporting. -Guided applications teams and tracked all issues and resolutions through RAID spreadsheets to ensure compatibility issues were tracked and documented for other PMs.

-Built and managed all IT infrastructure and software. -Implemented a data capturing tool to track active deals, which increased sales by 60%. -Identified and executed centralized IT data delivery portal enabling accurate means for investors to analyze data for profitability, ROI and risk assessment. -Involved in customer acquisition and negotiations.

-Managed IT operations and vendor relationships in an ITIL environment for a multitude of clients; Procter & Gamble, PepsiCo, Russell Stover Candies, Sunny Delight Beverages and Targus. -Saved $132K a year in hardware leases and reduced server procurement time by implementing virtual technology.

-Managed a multimillion-dollar Procter & Gamble Infrastructure migration to new venture capitalist company. -Implemented a successful go-live migration from SAP to Microsoft Dynamics AX, resulting in the largest Microsoft Dynamics migration at that time. -Hired and managed Western Europe technical support resources in Hamburg, Barcelona and Paris.

-Planned and executed Microsoft 2000 projects: Windows 2000, Office, Project 2000 and print server. -Implemented a two-person remote support team handling up to 80% of all incidents at first-call resolution, superseding service-level agreements by 15%. -Managed an email migration from Netscape Mail to Exchange for 800 domestic and 1,500 global users.

-Delivered fourth-level “last resort” technical support to desktop staff, developing and presenting technical training. -Responsible for creating, updating and pushing out all desktop and laptop images. -Provided frontline desktop services to local end users. -Supported CEO and Board of Directors onsite and on call remote support.
