My team and I are accountable for the Channel Partner infrastructure across all Emerging Markets in EMEA. This market group includes the Middle East, Africa, Mediterranean countries and East Europe. My team operates within a matrix organization in various areas like Governance of FCPA and Ethic compliance, Channel Business Intelligence, Channel Pipeline management, Business Process Management, Distribution Data Management, Channel Program Management across IT Commercial and Consumer segments.

Maximized the market reach and optimized the account coverage with existing sales teams for Server, Storage and Networking products in the Middle East. Key success factor was the strong leadership in the account planning and business execution. My team and I developed processes and tools to support the sales force to better execute and to ensure real time visibility of business performance.
