- Responsible for revenue increase in 500%, providing effective strategies to identify business opportunities. - Recruiting and training of teachers, sales agents and managers, as well as administrative managers. - Elaborating local campaigns in order to attract students and establish partnerships with local businesses, programs planning and budgeting, management of business finances, cash flow, investments and payroll, assisting in overall development on an as-needed basis.

- English Language Teaching (from basic to post-advanced level) to teens and adults, as well as Portuguese Language Teaching to foreigners.
