Identify and transfer relevant finance processes, documentation and adaption of existing processes to ensure compliance to Mexican law and taxes in choosing.

Directed Finance Department of Audi México in transitioning from project organization into final process organization. Designed and established a controlling system for project organization of 70 employees and 6 directors. Summarized progress status to Board Managers and addressed critical correlations of identified issues and potential entire project impacts to meet project requirements in time and increased project quality.
