Responsible for controlling and managing results, targets, KPI's, performance, resources and policies of the purchasing department, with direct reporting to the Korean coordination, based on the following activities: Cost Management, breakdown, KPI’s, business plan, budget, PO, contract issues, events organization, indexes & trends simulation, system implemention in Korea.

Financial and Commercial Controller for exporting market (MACC) responsible for the regions: (Chile, Colombia, Andean, Mercosur and Central America/Caribbean) based on the activities bellow: Price Analysis and simulations, Profit & Loss, Business Plan, Market Study: economical and social indexes, produtc specification, selling points, SWOT and general stats, project Cash Flow, process improvement, logistic flow, management reports and SAP(CO-PA);

Responsible for the management and cost planning of Business Corolla for current products and derivations ("Minor Model Change" and "Special Series"), and new projects ("Full Model Change") based on the activities described: Profitability, Pricing, Material cost analysis, exportation, FX study, actual x planned, cost reduction, localization parts, results evaluations, KPI's, costing composition, headquarter support for project planning, process improvement, manuals and flows.

Responsible for cost analysis, in panels and automotive systems (Volkswagen, GM, Ford, Nissan, Toyota, Honda and Hyundai) according the activities: Value Added, Business Plan, feasibility study, cost changes, new products and processes (business cases, ROI, ROS, Payback, IRR); Mark-up & margin; cost breakdown; negotiation; Purchase controlling; actual vs planned, forecasting , logistics cost; Continuous improvement (trip to Prague); Systems MFG-PRO, Microsiga and PRC.
