Have worked with various customers across the globe managing their IT Infrastructure Programs and Service Delivery both onsite and offshore. Have worked onsite with customers in various geographies like, Middle East, US, UK and Singapore across various domains like Banking, Media & Entertainment,. Information Services, Healthcare, Engineering, Manufacturing, etc.

Responsible for driving wide variety of IT Infrastructure projects for the customers in North America. Projects included domain migration and up gradation, server hardware refresh, data centre migration.

Managing a team of hosting engineers including DBAs and IT Infrastructure personnel to provide L3 support for the applications hosted in production environment with very high availability. KRAs - Managed the setup projects in India for US off hours support and maintenance. Work with other Managers for teams in the US & UK, Managing the team providing L3 technical support on day-to-day administration of 150 server class, systems spread across data centres in US & UK

Manage customer escalations, Lead and mentored a team of front line engineers in solving technical issues on manageability products like SMS, MOM 2005, Operations Manager 2007 for Microsoft’s Premier Customers, Guided the team to build quick solutions for customers, to improve customer experience and customer satisfaction surveys. Maintained a productive work environment by encouraging teamwork, collaboration by effectively managing change and clear communication.

Key Responsibility Areas - Lead a team of 15 plus support engineers guide them technically for faster resolution - IT Infrastructure Management: Windows / Mac servers and workstations setup and administration, Systems set-up and administration, Database Administration (MSSQL), Backups Administration - Service Desk, Incident and Problem Management - Active member of change Management

- Web and Systems Administration: Network, set-up and administration, Database, Administration, Data backup and recovery, Web Site Deployment and Administration, Mail Server Administration, Hardware/Software resource, requirement analysis - Team Management: Web Support, Network Support and Hardware/Software Support Engineer - Project Management – End to end turnkey solution for Network infrastructure setup, web deployment, etc. - Function Process mapping and information flow system

Key Responsibility Areas - Network Setup for three locations in Hyderabad, Network Administration, Mail Server Administration, Co-ordinate with outside agencies for Services, Preparing MIS reports
