Concurrent with my Enterprise PMO role: transformation and business continuity for 300+ service stations and about 1,100 POS terminals across 6 vendors. - Integrated 55 acquired Q8 stations in 30 days without operational disruption. - Cut Retail IT OpEx by 25%, reinvesting the savings in an AI assistant now live across all 300+ stations. - Co-lead with DISA the development of DISAPos, an in-house POS platform for Portugal and Spain. - Developed the Retail IT Coordinator as my successor.

I lead the change side of technology at the PRIO Group: portfolio governance, transformation and the Enterprise PMO across 12 business units and 7 companies. - Shape the annual technology portfolio with the Executive Committee, prioritizing 30+ initiatives. - Built the Enterprise PMO from zero, growing it from 1 to 7 project managers. Developed my successor. - Led the program that brought Shell back to 14 stations through two live cutovers. - Lead the Group's SAP S/4HANA program across 7 companies.

I built PRIO's Operational Excellence function from zero. - Centralized invoicing into shared services, delivering €350K in immediate savings, €75K a year in recurring savings and 70% fewer customer complaints. - Mapped 22 core processes across 10 functions in BPMN and applied Kaizen principles to improve them. - Built KPI and cost-benefit models that later became part of the foundation for the Enterprise PMO.

Consulting engagement at PRIO before joining the company directly in April 2018. - Implemented Dynamics 365 CRM integrated with SAP ERP, eliminating 48-hour client-onboarding delays. - Rolled out Sage X3 and SAP Logistics for PRIO's biofuel production plant.

Technology partner to Sonae's Sports Division (Sport Zone, BERG, Deeply) across 200+ stores, wholesale and international franchising. - Defined the processes and technology behind BERG's wholesale expansion into Brazil, the U.S. and Poland (€2M in first-year sales). - Led store replenishment, WMS and predictive-analytics initiatives across 200+ stores, reducing stockouts by 13%. - Supported the Nike EDI integration, the India joint venture with TATA Group and Sport Zone franchising in France and Spain.

Delivered the core self-banking module for Millennium BCP across Greece, Poland and Romania, supporting market entry and 20+ branch openings. Architected the GAFT Predictive Treasury Engine, reducing cash-transport requirements 14% across 800+ branches for one of Portugal's largest banks.

Joined CPC, later acquired by Indra, with continuous employment. - Built enterprise and integration solutions for banking, insurance, telecom and industrial clients, including a CIMPOR planning and transport system integrated with SAP ERP and maritime EDIFACT flows for Moroccan port operations.
