• Defining Scope of PCI DSS processes for new merchants onboarding being Merchant Acquirer. • Validation of merchants PCI DSS compliance documents i.e. AOC/SAQ to fulfill 'Merchant Agreement', 'Card Schemes Mandate' and 'Regulatory Measures' as defined by Qatar Central Bank (QCB). • Risk Assessments and Risk Management before onboarding new merchants for POS and E-commerce. • Supporting merchants to follow PCI DSS compliance measures aligned with the Card Schemes.

• Expertise in designing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), Scope of Work (SOW), managing Change Requests (CRs) and providing consultancy and account management related to FinTech projects.

Individual having expertise in Digitized Payments Sector that includes providing POS Acquiring certifications for Mastercard/VISA/UPI using simulators, Implementation of Projects, Merchant Onboarding/Settlements & Outgoing files submission to International Schemes for Clearing.

• 1st Level Support for BPS and Switch Transactions (ISO 8583). • Related support for applications of 1LINK running at member banks. • Monitoring Responsibilities along with Incident Management. • Dealing with complaints as raised by Member Banks and providing 1st level support to them. • IMD/BIN updated document to maintain of Member Banks. • Maintaining Contact Directory of Member Banks on quarterly basis. • Smooth Transition of Services from DR during DR Activity.
