Safaa Aladwan

I have worked worked in my Second year in Germany with Red Cross- Duisburg, there I was working with Refugees from all over the world, I created mini Projects and activities for them in order to integrate in the German Society. I was interpretating there issues to the Government of Duisburg city. I was responsible to enroll them in mini Jobs so they can learn how the Employment system in Germany is and to save money as well.

I was hired at the begging as an Executive Secretary, then I got promoted to an Office Manager, where I was helping the general Manager in his Conferences, Appointments, Meetings (Inbound and Outbound), Organizing his files, Creating several systems to organize his work.

Started in Amideast- American Embassy of Amman-Jordan as a Human Resources Officer, where I was responsible in Recruitment, Procurement, Purchasing, Employees Insurances (Health, Life, and Work), Logistics, Organizing the meeting, conferences, and Galas. Then I got promoted to Program Coordinator, as I worked with Diplomat Students in the American Embassy.

Worked in DHL- Jordan as a Customer Service Adviser. I was responsible on the Key accounts and doing the Cash forecast for our Company for our Accounting Department. I also Contributed to work in the Training Department on training the new comers on our systems.

Extensya is an Outsourcing and Telecommunication Company, they have a lot of International Accounts like DHL, Du for Telecommunication, Aramex, Fly Dubai,...etc. I was responsible in the Training and Development Department to train our Agents to be Active in the CSR Floor and to lead their Accounts and to support their Accounts' Customers.

Teaching English in Oxford Schools for those who are in 4th and 5th grades.

A scholarship- Deutsche Akadimische Austausch Dienst. I studied the European Unions Politics, American Studies and Economy systems in Europe and America. I was enrolled in a lot of Projects during the Studying in the EU Parliaments.

German Language and German Culture with Social Integration of EU.

German- English Languages, Translation, Applied English and Applied German, Literature.

Doing the Scientific Diploma in Jordan- Amman and getting the Average: 80%.
