Collaborating closely with Thailand Distribution Planner to ensure enough supply distributed to Indonesia. • Managed Hair Care initiative readiness in the market.

• Cultivated Quality Capability & Culture through several key activities such as leading mock audit, organizing quality training, leading initiative critical quality assessment, and conducting quality engagement session with all employees • Achieved solid accomplishments such as: more than 50% reduction of customer complaint & quality incident, 0 critical observation in corporate audit, 0 significant quality incident and 0 regulatory issue

• Established end to end Planning department (from work procedure development, master plan creation, production plan, to material readiness), supporting P&G investment of 100 million USD for new production facility • Led SAP system setup project for Production Planning & Material Management module with 100% on time completion

• Contributed to prepare, held a campus recruitment event & interviewed the 1st & 2nd batch of technicians for Jakarta greenfield site. • Learned diaper manufacturing process, created training material and transferred the knowledge through onboarding program for 20 technicians.

• Liaised with Unilever and led international coordination with Warehouse, Production & Material Planner to execute customer’s project/initiative • Led warehouse capacity project in order to cope with 30% sales increase • Created some flow processes (both As Is & To Be) to enhance the effectiveness of current practices.
