Scope of this role is to advise CIO/CTO and other senior leaders from leading System Integrator (SI) on behalf of Intel on emerging technologies and solutions that can bring transformative changes in the services they provide. Worked with SI’s CTO and other senior leaders and reported to Global Account Executive at Intel. In directly managed more than 75 architects and 25 senior leaders throughout the organization.

As a part of the CIO core team, this role required holistic view of the enterprise and shape its IT environment towards the target state by adding and purging technological solutions. Reported to senior leaders within the CIO office and regularly briefed the CIO on various strategic decision path.

• Generated 24% rates of return on the investment by implementing Agile and DevOps methodologies to enable taxpayers to know what they owe to IRS and started the flow of revenue from incremental changes • Saved more than $75M over 5 years by creating and implementing cloud migration strategy. Created a Cloud Center of Excellence (CoE) • Brought transparency and direct line of sight from executives by connecting agency mission to business and technical details in an executive dashboard.

• Established a location based social networking start-up with a vision that people who share similar interests and who are closer together can connect with each other to have a more meaningful connection and can have enriched life experiences together. • Full lifecycle experience from concept, start-up, product launch, marketing, M&A, intellectual property, restructuring, P&L, etc. • Hired international team across continents. Secured intellectual property via trademark and patents.
