• Scope: turnover 2009 (Fashion and Accessories Europe) €100 Millions. Brand portfolio included Hermès, Bvlgari, Mont Blanc, Hugo Boss, Burberry, Ralph Lauren, among other brands. • Supported local management in their effort to develop sales and profitability in operating Fashion and Luxury shops in international airports across Europe (UK, Switzerland, France, Sweden...), • Worked with central European buying management to optimize relationships with suppliers, negotiated favorable commercial conditions.

Managing 15 managers + 400 FTE• Turnover 2007 €160 Millions on 6000 sq.m. shop floor. • Managed the new strategic luxury project and developed sales and profitability of all Accessories departments (Leather goods and handbags, Fine Jewellery, Costume Jewellery, Watches, Sunglasses, Gloves, Textile accessories…). Portfolio of brands included the finest luxury brands on the market (eg. Chanel, Dior, Hermès, Prada…), middle range brands (eg. Lancel, Longchamp, Swarovski…), and creative brands.

Head of Management Committee. Managing 15 managers, including Finance, Operations, Visual Merchandiser, HR and 10 Floor Managers. Staff: 120 FTE. • Scope: total turnover 2006 19 M€ (4000 sq.m.). • Managed the sales and the P&L to reach targets and ensure profitability, and improved the brands portfolio together with the buying department in a constant effort to adjust to the demand and implement the new Printemps positioning strategy • Organized PR events • Supervised total refurbishment worth 1Mio€
