• Team lead in Quality Dispositions on various engineering problems in Subsea - Well Control systems products. • Mentoring a team to develop solutions to non-recurring problems by interpreting & analyzing various precedents & data. Identifying Root cause of problems, develop alternate solutions and implement the same in the products. • Review and Approve Design solutions, parts(DBI), drawings, calculations & reports to correct Non-conformances.

• Developed Intake & Exhaust System to meet BS IV Regulations for 2017 version of 500CC & 410CC BS IV Engine. • Development of Exhaust system for 2020 version of new 350CC BS VI Engine with OBD-2 Regulations. o Visited Enfield UK(Leicester) office for project scope & benchmarking of Euro-5 norms two-wheelers. o Detailed CAD is done for Exhaust Pipes, CAT Box, Silencer and accessories to make a complete System. o Proto build, Validation until the production handover.

o Design & Development of MUX control system for operation of Blow out Preventers(BOPs) in NPI of Maersk 20K project (20000 psi - Ultra Deep Water Drilling) for its Surface subsystems - HPU, FRU, HPTU, ASTS, RS.

• Completed the Packaging(Components Integration- Components Selection & Design), Development of New Engine powered Screw Air Compressor for 600 CFM from design concept to pilot batch production with below activities. o Developed Intake system, Exhaust system, Cooling system, Fuel System, Control system, Pressure vessel tanks, Control panel for IP-65, Interior Trims & Canopy (cover) o Design with proper hand calculations such as Design of Base, Mounting brackets, Bail Lifting and ducts
