Reporting to Chief Financial Officer, I led the strategic sourcing process to deliver value and reduce risk to the organization using a disciplined category management practice. Responsible for sourcing raw materials including precious metal catalysts, organic chemicals, sugar feedstock, as well as negotiating services including Contract Manufacturers, distillation tollers, and research organizations. Sourcing was conducted worldwide, with emphasis on value afforded by low cost country sourcing.

Lead capital projects concentrating on office tenant improvements, laboratories and manufacturing facilities for supply chain, R&D, global government affairs and sales & marketing clients. Set strategy, developed business cases, establish budgets / schedules and managed the projects.

Senior consultant for Business Logic, Citadon, and Skire. Developed new markets and prospected for new customers. Managed all aspects of client engagements from sales presentations, proposal development, consultation and implementation.

Managed all aspects of engineering, procurement and construction capital projects ranging from service proposal creation through design, validation and start-up. Focused on biotech, pharmaceutical, food, and chemical clients.

Developed electrolytic metal recovery techniques in Eindhoven NL laboratory.
