Innovation & Operational Excellence: Oversee the IT Team for Marketing Automation & Sales Support, managing key sales and marketing applications (CRM, Marketing Automation, Sales Enablement) and driving automation and standardization through PowerApps, Power Automate, and Blue Prism RPA. Leadership: Leading, coaching and empowering the IT team and external suppliers to support sales and marketing functions in innovation and application life-cycle.

Application Management: Responsible for innovation, demand & delivery management in MS 365. Team and Contractor Management: Coordinating a team with internal employees and external contractors. Project Management: Project lead in the marketing automation program. Innovation & Scientific Research: Leading the PoC and Business Case for “Digital Sales Force Enablement” (increasing the efficiency within field sales with the help of new or improved digital capabilities).

Project Management: Project Manager for the global Office 365 rollout and a new intranet platform based on SharePoint. Demand Management: Collecting, evaluating and implementing enhancements related to MS 365. Project Management: Project Manager for the global rollout of a new intranet platform.
