•Value Stream Mapping of a Production Area on Power BI - Calculating lead times of machines and AGVs, box flows, batch traceability and efficiency of the machines • Control of the data obtained from the production line and ensuring the sustainability of the data. • Project management of traceability projects on various assembly lines in different plants globally. • Hololens 2 training to create step by step visual working instructions in production.

• I participated in process projects to enhance process quality, decrease cost, and improve process performances owing to my technical knowledge and work experience, I was responsible for regulating the production lines both welding and assembly processes for front and rear schock absorber production of new Toyota project, in charge of managing the projects of machines or production lines for implementation, development and documentation. I developed a global solution that enables precise measurement.
