Responsible for Eastern Europe and full sales structures build profitable P&L in special Horeca channel, Increased region sales by 18-22% yoy. Especially in high competitive landscapes like Turkey, Ukraine, Russia delivered huge success stories and perfect executed countries for Red Bull.

Build great On Premise / Horeca Structure for Red Bull in top important markets such as Turkey, Russia, Poland, etc.. Route to Market and full P&L responsibility for this channel and perfect store model's to be implemented which delivered 45-55% of sales in the total Region.

Invested in our Dream to become exclusive Distributor of Red Bull for Turkey. Which we have achieved.. Responsible for setting up a structure for the right RTM for Red Bull in Turkey which in 1999 no one knew..
