EPC for ADNOC Gas Ruwais Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) project (9.6 MTPA) • Worked as Lead Project Control for ADNOC $5.5 Billion Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) EPC Project. • Implemented Planning, Scheduling & Cost control for project scope. • Delivered Project as part of ADNOC strategy to enhance production more than double ADNOC's total LNG output.

FEED for 1.85 BSCFD Sour Gas Expansion Project • Led Project Controls for ADNOC $400 Million Sour Gas FEED Project. • Implemented Planning, Scheduling & Cost control for project scope. • Delivered Project as part of ADNOC strategy to enhance Shah facility's capacity from 1.45 to 1.85 BSCFD

• Prepared & implemented the annual acquisition plan to meet service requirements of ADNOC Group Companies • Developed contracts, consultancy, change orders & claims for in-house & EPC agreements. • Reviewed and analyzed the contract requests from AGCs, ensuring the availability and completeness of information. • Developed bidders list, tender & contract documents for jobs of different nature as per Business requirement. • Ensured compliance with retention letters, completion certificates, bank guarantee.

•Prepared, updated, and maintained systems and procedures related to project planning, scheduling, progress measurement and reporting and incorporate them into the Tenders / Agreements (FEED, EPC, PMC). •Performed budget vs. actual analysis, assessed project efficiency, and reviewed contractor's invoices. •Made detail review and analysis of all submittals from contractors related to the planning, scheduling, progress measurement, reporting & time analysis. •Executed Major FEED / EPC Projects with ADNOC GAS.

• Established planning system according to specifications of the projects, including progress measurement, schedules, S-curves, man-power histograms & WBS. • Prepared EPC cost estimates for pipelines and other projects during the FEED or conceptual study phases, using cost estimating plan, basis, and database. • Prepared budget and issued monthly invoices. • Provided Project control and schedule inputs for tenders and bids • Monitored the progress of the projects by preparing weekly/monthly progress reports

Contributed as Planning Engineer in Civil and Electro-Mechanical Works for Qatar Gas Train 6 & 7 Facilities Qatar (340 MM US$)

Major Construction/Maintenance Projects executed with DESCON, • Construction and Commissioning of Gas Dehydration plant at Gurguri Gas Plant / Pakistan • Fabrication work at DEW Workshop for BHP Gas Plant Phase II Pakistan. • Construction of Maple Leaf Cement Plant 6700 TPD Project Mianwali, Pakistan. • Multiple Turnarounds / Shutdowns for Fuji Fertilizer, ICI PTA, KAPCO Power Plant Pakistan & Qatar Fertilizer.
