Tasks: Designing and developing a learning module for ACM Claims. Creating a document structure for data administration in data management systems. (Confluence, SharePoint) Supporting the ACM Claims team in analyzes and project tasks. Collaborating on the preparations for and implementation of the new business model roll-out in the Allianz OEs. Organizing and assisting with workshops with international stakeholders. Supporting the team in various reporting duties as well as creating presentations.

Tasks: Handling of net of salvage and cash loss mode claims. Audit of closed claims to check for adherence with SOP. Handling of high premium customer portfolios. Managing in house and external team. Team performance monitoring. Carrying out feasibility studies and market research. Promoting & coordinating events on launch of new initiatives.

Tasks: Settlement of motor insurance claims. Support product development. Creating product comprising of various offerings and managing an end to end development process. Underwriting assistance. Working closely with various teams for network creation. Handling Grievances and resolving customer issues. Preparation of MOU's with Company client and partners
