Provide to the management a clear understanding of financial effects of business plans and strategies Responsible for coordinating, evaluating, qualifying & selecting the team members and ensuring they fully motivated Involved in IT implementation process (business requirements preparation, close cooperation with project managers, finance and portfolio related reporting initiatives/projects)

Coordinate the Financial MIS Unit Provides economic analysis on all matters of potential financial impact for the business: Monthly follow up of the budget and analyses of actuals versus budget

Prepare and monitor the annual budget, develop forecasts Analyse products profitability through product life cycle (product margins & spreads, funds transfer pricing, cost allocation, provisions) Provide ongoing feedback on business developments to top management and update of business models based on current developments of the business

Develop and implement together with Product Management the product price & segment strategies for the various markets and channels. Coordinate business plans estimations for new product proposals and support product proposal development together with Financial Analysis Department
