Consulting on project/change management, development of excel based tools for statistical analysis of data coming from multiple e-marketing platforms, development and testing of workflows and sales platform and training client on tools for acceptance testing and handover into BAU. Efforts resulted in improved contact acquisition rates, from $30 to $10, and improved contact opt in rates (for email provision from 2% to 30%.

- Team lead managing the successful bid for a wealth operations process re-engineering project for customer on-boarding and transactional processes. – Project managed the implementation of 110 cash management initiatives across, 10 local business units, to a new preferred banking partner. – Responsible for the upgrade of the client’s Asian asset data processes and systems for monthly reporting to head office and quarterly SII interim reporting to the regulator.

On leaving AXA I joined Copernicus Consulting Ltd. in order to grow the family run consulting business. Responsibilities included the identification of upcoming assignments in the change/project management arena (national and international), sourcing of consultants with relevant experience for known roles and assessing requirements and costings of assignments in various different geographical areas.

Having been recruited into the role by the deputy CFO, I stepped up to project manager on the second phase of the COPERNIC project, including both the AXA Insurance cost allocations migration onto the COPERNIC platform as well as the AXA Wealth implementation made up of SAP(FICO, AA, AP, AR, BW/BO), ARIBA, magnitude, cashpooler and visual rapro.

Change Manager representing AXA UK and AXA Insurance on the COPERNIC project, a new SAP based accounting platform. My key role involved facilitating both business and behavioural change of teams across finance and the wider business, to aid the harmonisation of processes across Europe to meet project targets.

Managed changes impacting the collections and disbursements team within finance. This included finance representation on new strategic projects, sharing of information on current projects and team achievement; and identifying efficiency opportunities within the collections and disbursements team.

I supported the development of new propositions adhering to the AXA Proposition Development Process (PDP) whilst managing and refreshing existing products through the AXA Product Review Process (PRP).
