- develop and execute marketing strategies - create and maintain equipment presentations, brochures, flyers and content on web - prepare and support for exhibitions globally - monitor competitor activities and global market share - maintain global Installed Base in CRM system for market share and competitor analysis - support Equipment Sales in special customer projects regarding order fulfilment - lead in general After Sales communication to external customers

- develop and process After Sales strategy - create and maintain sales documents, presentations, web,... - establish & maintain Extranet - expand and strengthen innovative and customer-oriented Service & Product Portfolio - disciplinary responsibility of Sales Services Team - P&L responsibility - systematically measure and monitor different PI's and KPI's such as GSR, GP, OTD & ensure to meet expected targets - report budget & monthly forecast - visit customers globally & advise

- sales of special electric motors in small and big size (56 - 280) and gear with transmission if needed - supervision of customer ABB (in Switzerland and Finland) - quoting and order processing including monitoring of production status
