- MicroGraam is an online peer-to-peer lending platform, it enables social investors to lend to rural students, farmers, artisans, and micro-entrepreneurs. - Managed a team of 20 for strategic partnership with Kiva.org enabling people around the world to fund low-income microfinance borrowers in MicroGraam's network of NGO partners in India. - Impacted lives of over 9000 borrowers, value of loan disbursed is INR 13.14 crore and repayment rate are 98.3 per cent.

- Managed and trained over 40 NGO partners in seven different states of India. - Worked with partners in creating loans for borrowers’ needs within each State. - Explored new requirements, organized borrower survey, focus groups and analyzed trends for launching new loans at lower interest rates. - Enhanced the look and and feel of MicroGraam website.
