Organised and carried out Beginner-Intermediate-Advanced crash-courses in Powerpoint use for ECF staff.

- Daily communication and management of the fund - Mapping exercise focused on strengths/weaknesses of STEP beyond & future development possibilities of the fund, including collaboration options with other mobility schemes in Europe

- Daily administration of the fund (processing applications, pre-selection, liaising with advisors, participation in final decision process, contract writing and payment processing) - Daily communication with potential applicants and STEP grantees
