Directed product and architecture for Cafebazaar (a massive Android marketplace) and Hezardastan’s SaaS/cloud portfolio. I scaled the SaaS lineup by 60% with a 96% CSAT and boosted acquisition by 40% via A/B testing. By launching seven cross-functional teams and implementing Scrum/Kanban through Jira, I improved delivery performance by 35%. I bridged the gap between complex architecture and high-growth product strategy for tens of millions of users.

Developed and maintained a high-scale in-house ERP system for 3,500+ users using C# and SQL Server.
