Planning, Marketing, Executing & Managing Training Department (A-z of both in-house and public courses: (Plan, Do, Act, Check) based on audit results, etc. Helping other businesses to develop, facilitate, and supervise training programs for employees. Assess the needs of a business, implement training and development plans, and facilitate a wide variety of training programs that enhance the effectiveness of the workforce.

Responsible for supervising and organizing the sales team, in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with the marketing department. Also overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitating the ongoing training of salespeople.

 Leading the sales team, and sales representatives and providing training to new hires, performing in-depth market research, preparing sales forecasts and advertising budgets, as well as updating existing marketing strategies. Modify sales policies and make recommendations for business growth

The company manufactures any kind of scales and I was working for the road scales section that needed set up-planning for building new scales to make them standard. Provide after-sales service support to customers, such as the installation, maintenance, and repair of the sold products. Monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadline are met in a timely manner.

The company provided services like setting up computers & any practical system that was related to computers such as IT services. I was working there as a part-time job. Greet customers, answer any queries, and assist with finding the requested stock.
