Responsible for product registrations of food, supplement and drug products (EU, CH, LATAM, Central America, Middle East, India). Approval of advertisements and communication on different channels (website, TV spots, Facebook, twitter). Advise and train other departments (product development, sales and marketing) on the use of ingredients, health and nutrition claims. Interface function between Regulatory and Sales to provide best possible strategies in Emerging markets (positioning of products).

Monitoring of regulatory activities for D, A,CH, GB, NL and East European countries to ensure that all domestic/ international regulations and guidelines are met regarding food, food supplements, cosmetics and pet food. Qualification as ISO 22000:2005 internal auditor for auditing food safety management systems (FSMS) that includes food chain (including implementing or operating a management system), understanding of relevant key food safety legislationand the principles of HACCP.

-Building and maintaining a high level of awareness of current food legislation and forthcoming regulatory developments (EU, UK, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Kenya and Zambia). -Answering questions from food industry clients relating to food legislation. -Contributing to the delivery of regulatory consultancy projects. -Undertaking regulatory compliance checks -Translation of food labels, where needed, in accordance with language competencies. -Training courses

Herstellung von Butter und Verpackung, abfüllen von Trinkmilch, Joghurterzeugung- und Abfüllung, Sahne- und Quarkherstellung, Käseherstellung, sowie Einblicke in die Milchverarbeitung (Homogenisierung, Temperaturabläufe, Pasteurisierung)
