Leadership and coaching on the use and practice of Lean Six Sigma methodology and tools to promote a quality driven organization.

Led process improvement initiatives focusing on improving quality as well as speed of ‘everyday’ workload and processes using Six Sigma DMAIC methodology. During the first 2 years I worked on different transition and transformation projects in the area of finance & accounting for Xerox BPO clients.

Acting as coordinator between BPO Clients and the Xerox F&A Operations Managers, I led cross-functional teams to resolve complex non-routine business issues with a focus on continuous process improvements.

I supervised a team of seven, performing monthly quality controls, such as different account reconciliations, account justifications and specific analyses, to ensure accuracy of the accountancy for 11 Michelin legal entities.

Managed a team of two Junior Accountants in the F&A Project of General Electrics. I coordinated the Urgent Payment Process and hold overall responsibility for the Debit Balance Process for all General Electric Companies in Western Europe, including the reporting to the SBU Director.

Accredited program developed especially for Xerox Services by Harvard Business School to enable emerging leaders to step up to management positions.
