• Reached out to four local sports league facilities, two soccer clubs, and several gyms via person, phone or E-Mail on a weekly basis to recruit at least sixteen teams • Managed and mentored two assistants through weekly meetings to work on communication efforts, goal setting, and distribution of assignments

- Communicated with up to thirteen staff members and thirty hall residents to facilitate the development of community standards while serving as a role model - Advised thirty hall residents in academic and personal issues by active listening and providing resource information to resolve conflicts - Collaborated with supervisors to outline the community workshop of the Resident Assistant Training; presented about community building to 140 housing student staff members and answered follow-up questions

- tutored student athletes at the University of Oregon on an individual or group appointment base in mathematics, writing, business courses and German

- worked with a student colleague, a coach/professor, the American Marketing Association, and State Farm employees to develop a product marketing plan but also practice sales role plays - gave marketing presentation on three strategies to promote the Drive Safe & Save program to retain and acquire young & senior drivers; I presented to three State Farm employee judges - completed two sales role plays of fifteen minutes each as an agent who is dealing with a young customer looking for auto insurance

- Sold fifteen tickets to "O Heroes Showtime" by calling and persuading current University of Oregon sports season ticket holders - Learned sales techniques from the General Manager of Sales and the sales team

- Served as front desk employee and assisted in planning, scheduling, staffing, and supervising events - Communicated with student organizations, university departments, and leadership groups in order to collaborate on the creation of specific events

- Set up concession stand and decorated the lobby before guests are invited to purchase/pick-up tickets Assisted in the following: - selling food and coffee at the concessions stand - ticketing - seating - safety assurance inside the theater during the performance

- Tutored students from diverse backgrounds (people with disabilities, first-generation college students) on an individual appointment base in Mathematics, Writing, German, and Business courses

• initiated and managed the placement of 3 bins on the UO campus in coordination with other on-campus departments in support of our goal to collect at least 2,013 donated shoes • engaged in outdoor and street marketing by handing out flyers and communicating our mission to track meet visitors and students
